This disparity restricts opportunities for residents to acquire digital skills and participate in the digital economy.
To fully harness the potential of digital technologies, Kurdistan must ensure equal access to digital tools and education. This means not only expanding internet infrastructure but also investing in programs that provide individuals with the foundational skills needed to thrive in a tech-driven world.
