“First of all, I would like to sincerely thank H.E. Safeen Dizayee and the Department of Foreign Relations for organizing such a wonderful tournament. Everything was organized at the highest level, and we all truly enjoyed the experience,” Armenia’s Consul General Rafayel Movsesyan told Kurdistan Chronicle.

“The competition was tough, with many strong teams. I would especially like to recognize the excellent Italian team, which gave us a very challenging match in the semifinals, and congratulate the Palestinian team on reaching the final and sharing with us this wonderful match.”

Consul General Movsesyan underlined that he was especially pleased with the victory of the Eastern Europe team because the idea of bringing together such a team was originally his.

“As Armenia is an integral part of the European family, this success has a special meaning for us. But beyond winning the trophy, what makes this tournament truly valuable is the friendship, teamwork, and wonderful spirit it has created among the diplomatic missions in the Kurdistan Region.”
