On Wednesday, September 16, the Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) met with KEYS Grace Academy in Michigan to discuss an educational partnership aimed at building a bridge between the United States and the Kurdistan Region. The collaboration focuses on fostering cultural exchange and enhancing educational opportunities in the Kurdistan Region.

Khunav Amin, the BCF representative in the United States, highlighted the contributions of the Kalasho family, who founded KEYS Grace Academy. “The Kalasho family a key pillar of the community in Michigan,” Amin stated. “They have played a significant role for many years in the fields of education, supporting students and families, and serving the wider community.”

The initiative aims to combine quality education with cultural identity. Speaking on the scope of the collaboration to Kurdistan Chronicle, Amin explained that “this partnership is not just about education; it’s about building a community that respects and honors diverse backgrounds while preparing students for a global future.”

Through this long-term agreement, both organizations seek to strengthen educational resources in the Kurdistan Region while fostering lasting ties between the two communities.
