During a ceremony in Moscow, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation awarded the prize for the best diplomatic architecture painting to Kurdish artist Norik Musoyan for the fourth consecutive time.
Musoyan, a 21-year-old student residing in Moscow, is a fifth-year student at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering.
This year, he participated in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ diplomatic painting competition with a single artwork and won first place, securing the top prize of the competition.

Last year on August 1, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also awarded him in the Open All-Russian Creative Competition “Architecture of Diplomacy,” to which he had submitted three paintings.
