Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Sunday sent his congratulations to Lebanon on the formation of a new government led by Prime Minister Nawaf Salam. 

“I wish PM Salam and his cabinet success in bringing security, stability and prosperity for the people of Lebanon. The KRG stands ready to help,” he posted on X.

Also on January 9, KRG Prime Minister Barzani congratulated Lebanon’s newly elected President Joseph Aoun.
