Isko Daseni, a Georgian Kurdish member of parliament, has secured his third consecutive term in the Parliament of Georgia following preliminary results from Saturday’s parliamentary elections.
Daseni is a member of parliament for the ruling Georgian Dream party, which won nearly 54% of the vote.
Daseni was born on March 30, 1958, in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.
Daseni was first elected to parliament on October 8, 2016, then re-elected on October 31, 2020, and for a third time on October 26, 2024.
