Abdulmanaf Tuzuyev, a Kurdish athlete from Kazakhstan, has become a world armwrestling champion for the fourth time.

From August 15 to August 25, 2024, the World Armwrestling Championship was held in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova, with the participation of 1,300 athletes from 60 countries.

Tuzuyev managed to defeat his competitor and secure the title of world champion in the 85 -g weight category.

 

With this achievement, Tuzuyev set a new record and became a world champion in arm wrestling for the fourth time. He had previously won the world championship in this sport in 2019, 2021, and 2022. In addition, he has won the Kazakhstan Cup several times.

Tuzuyev was born on August 27, 1999, in Atygaynbatyr, in the Almaty region of Kazakhstan. 

He lost his father at a young age, but he dedicated himself to sports and achieved international success in arm wrestling.
