Jordan-Kurdistan Higher Education Forum to Be Held in Erbil

The Jordanian-Kurdistan Higher Education Forum will take place in Erbil at the Rotana Hotel on May 5. The event will include a senior delegation of the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research alongside the heads of 21 Jordanian universities.

“This is the first time we are having such an event,” Jordan’s Consul General to the Kurdistan Region Fuad Al Majali told Kurdistan Chronicle. “It’s an educational summit and it will open the doors for enhancing academic relations between universities and promoting the exchange of students.”

“The forum will include an official opening and ceremony, then panel discussions, and visits to the universities in Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, and Duhok. It’s a forum and an educational week.”
